Hi,
I am a bird and wildlife photographer. I have a presentation on photographing tropical birds. My presentation consists of photos from Belize, Brazil, Costa Rica, Argentina, Ecuador and Peru. Please take a look at my gallery of photos on our website.
Many Thanks, Laura Fellows
Suggest that you consider a link to Tim Grey’s website: http://www.timgrey.com
Mr. Grey works primarily in the digital imaging category of Digital Photography. He provides digital imaging education through his books, articles, newsletters and periodicals.

I would rather prefer seeing links to club member sites.
The links in the sidebar should probably be very short. However, any links in the comments to the post are very good.
For example, check out this podcast by Ibarionex Perrello at “The Candid Frame”, where he interviews New York photographer Jay Maisel:

I have turned on the ability to leave a reply on the ‘locations’ page and would suggest that people offer up their own favorite locations so that we can expand the map. – share and enjoy
Reminder to Denver Digital club members. Check the Forum link for some great posts on techniques, tutorials, digital program handouts, white papers, tips and interesting blogs. There are over 80 such posts that you can access at this time, and the list is growing. You can also use it to blog with other club members or ask questions, especially anything about the club that you prefer not be on the public part.
Note to Denver Digital club members. The club has perhaps the biggest and best library of digital photography DVD’s and books of any camera club in the country. It is now in the process of planning another expansion. We are always open to suggestions of educational digital DVD’s and books, but are actually seeking them this time of the year. Please post any requests that you may have here or in the Forum.
Hi,
Wanted to let everyone know about the new photography festival in South Dakota. The Black Hills Photo Shootout will be held Sept. 17-19, 2010. We will have workshops, seminars and photo walks with a keynote presentation by Canon Explorer of Light and Outdoor Photographer Magazine editor George Lepp.
The ever-expanding details are at http://www.blackhillsphotoshootout.com or shooters can become Facebook fans at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Black-Hills-Photo-Shootout
Feel free to email if you have any questions.
Thanks!
Chad
I would love to see us (as the club) set up a ‘Silly Questions’ page to solicit answers from everyone. My silly question is; Does anyone know how to copy/paste the info data from a picture?. I want to do it to go with the photo print sharing session at the next meeting. None of the software I have can do it.
Registration is now open for the Black Hills Photo Shootout in South Dakota in September. Early bird price is $125 for a full weekend of instructional workshops, lectures, and photo walks. Check out the details at http://www.blackhillsphotoshootout.com.
September has been declared “Photography Month in South Dakota” by Governor Michael Rounds. What a great time to come on up and check out the Black Hills Photo Shootout Sept. 17-19. We still have spaces left in great workshops, but they are going fast!
